💡 SimuSoft conceptualized and developed the Electrical Simulation theme for Vocational Education, introducing the innovative “Learn – Simulate – Perform” model that bridges classroom learning with real-world industry practice.
The lab also features training kits from Schneider Electric, the global giant in electrical technology, enabling students to gain hands-on wiring and automation experience after simulation-based learning.

On 9th May 2025, on the occasion of the 66th Punyatithi (Memorial Day) of Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil, a lecture series was organized by Rayat Shikshan Sanstha and Karmaveer Vidya Prabodhini.
All the principals of Rayat’s schools and colleges were present for the event.
I had the opportunity to address the audience on the topic “Al – Artificial Intelligence: A Need of the Hour.” I spoke in detail about the recent developments in the field of Al and the essential skills required for youth in this area.

An inspiring Train the Teacher (ToT) session on “Use of AI in Education” was organized by General Education Institute, Dadar on 12th June 2025 at S. V. Joshi Vidya Sankul, Nehru Road, Dombivli East.

Japan smart energy week Exhibition
Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, a prominent educational institution in India, particularly renowned in Maharashtra for its focus on rural education, encompasses approximately 500 schools, 40 colleges, and serves around 4 lakh students. The institution’s President, Hon. Pawar Saheb, advocates for the integration of AI education in rural schools, while Hon. Chandrakant Dalvi Sir, the Chairman, devised a comprehensive roadmap for its implementation, ensuring even remote students access cutting-edge learning opportunities.
SimuSoft Technologies collaborated with Rayat Shikshan Sanstha to develop a school-focused AI curriculum and conducted a one-week AI training program for the Heads of Departments and faculty members. This training also provided insights into IoT, Robotics & 3D printing. This initiative was aimed to equip educators with foundational AI knowledge and practical tools, enabling them to introduce advanced technology in classrooms and inspire future innovators.
Our primary objective is to provide rural children with equal opportunities to aspire, learn confidently, and evolve into the next wave of innovators. As AI trainers, we view ourselves as catalysts, igniting the AI spark in every student to foster belief in their potential.
In a significant endeavour to reach 4 lakh students, a scalable, layered training approach was adopted. This strategy included:
1. Lead Trainer Program: We provided specialized AI training to 15 Lead Trainers to facilitate theory and practical applications tailored for school environments.
2. Master Trainer Development: These Lead Trainers transitioned into mentors, training the subsequent layer of Master Trainers.
3. Teacher Enablement: Master Trainers further trained school teachers, equipping them with AI teaching tools, content and confidence to integrate AI into classrooms, even in rural areas.
This training initiative marks the initial phase of a continuous refinement process to amplify its impact. Ongoing updates in AI will be systematically disseminated, ensuring students and educators remain aligned with the latest advancements.
We are designing equivalent AI course for Art, Science & Commerce stream and setting up an advanced AI lab in Rayat to unleash the real power of AI.
We are delighted to share the inauguration of a CNC Simulation Lab at Government ITI Wai, with the support of Godrej Enterprises Group CSR – Disha.
This state-of-the-art lab, developed in collaboration with SimuSoft Technologies will empower ITI students from trades like Machinist, Fitter, Electrician, and more with hands-on simulation training, preparing them for real-world industry needs.
The lab was inaugurated by our Executive Vice President & CHRO, Ms. Harpreet Kaur, in the presence of our dedicated location team.
With this initiative, we aim to strengthen skill development and open up brighter career opportunities for our youth.
